Thank you this is so helpful. I’m planning on downloading my data from Twitter and wiping my history as well. I’ve already changed my habits cutting back how often I check my feed, and how often I comment or retweet. This will free up time for more activism. Whether I’ll leave by deactivating will depend on how bad it gets.
